Employment Horizons’ mission is to empower individuals facing barriers to employment by helping them achieve their unique vocational goals and attain self-sufficiency within their communities. The organization proudly aids individuals with disabilities through innovative programs and meaningful employment opportunities, making a positive impact across the greater Morris County area.
Allen Lane, Solix Senior VP and CFO, serves as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair on the Board of Trustees for Employment Horizons. Solix values its dedicated membership and is an enthusiastic participant in events that support comprehensive employment services for individuals with disabilities across Northern New Jersey.
