Michael Ferrone
Director - Internal Auditing 

Michael Ferrone was appointed Director Internal Auditing for Solix in September, 2009, with responsibility for the company’s five-year internal audit plan as well as coordination of all external audits of and for Solix. Michael reports directly to the Audit Committee of the Solix Board of Directors.

Ferrone brings 20+ years progressive experience from Schering-Plough and International Paper in global finance, large-scale project management, information technology and process analysis and improvements. His auditing expertise comes from his seven years experience working in public accounting at Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand as well as his background in compliance and operational auditing of policies, standards and processes in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and various business systems.

Ferrone holds a BA from William Paterson University and a MS from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, School of Management. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
