Jack Donovan was appointed Director of State Program Operations in 2004. He is responsible for the financial, operational, and customer service matters of the California LifeLine and Exchange Carrier Lifeline Link-Up Programs and determining the eligibility of more than 2.5 million lifeline program participants. Prior to this position, he was Director of Product and Service Development.
Donovan has 37 years of marketing and regulatory experience in the telecommunications industry. Before joining Solix in 2001, he was Vice President of Network Product Development for Staples Communications. He began his career with New England Telephone, and then held increasingly responsible positions with NYNEX (now part of Verizon).
Donovan holds a B.S. in Economics from Boston College and an M.S. in Finance from Fairfield University. He’s a member of Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society.
