Jean Snopkowski
Director, State Fund Management 

Jean Snopkowski, Director of State Fund Management, oversees all facets of Solix’ State Universal Service support processes for state public utility commissions throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.  Jean also manages the data collections, analysis, and funding calculations; collection of more than $807 million from program participants; disbursement of payments to recipients; and monthly and annual financial reporting.

Snopkowski has over 20 years experience in telecommunications; prior to Solix, she worked for the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA), ALLTEL Service Corporation and Yadkin Valley Telephone Membership Corporation. Her expertise is in the areas of business and proposal development, marketing initiatives, sales, contract negotiations, and technical procedures development.
 
Snopkowski graduated from the County College of Morris with an A.S. degree in Business Administration.
