Lisa Tubbs was appointed Director, Corporate Communications in December, 2005. She is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of internal and external corporate communications policies, practices and related products.
Tubbs has 15+ years of progressive operations experience and most recently served as Senior Manager, Strategic Business Planning. In that role, her responsibilities included the review of Solix policies ensuring consistency with the corporate strategic plan and the development of methodology through which upper management identifies employees possessing desired skill sets. Lisa also served as a consultant with other business units on universal service procedures and systems development issues. Prior to joining Solix in July 2004, she was Senior Manager, Revenue Administration for NECA.
Tubbs holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Arts with a concentration in Computer Graphics and a Master of Arts degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ.
