Eric D. Seguin is responsible for business development activities in the administration and management of state and local government programs. He oversees marketing initiatives, from the creation through execution and serves as a liaison between clients and Solix Operations personnel primarily during program implementation, and provides on-going support on operational issues.
Seguin has 15+ years of telecommunications regulatory, financial, operational, and business development experience. Prior to joining Solix in 2007, he served as Chief of Telecommunications at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Before that, he was Director of State Program Operations at NECA Services, which was preceded by a variety of financial, operational, and regulatory policy analysis roles at NECA. He also served as a reservist in the 50th Armor Division of the NJ Army National Guard and was honorably discharged as a First Lieutenant in 1996.
Seguin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Leo University, and MBA in Finance from The College of William & Mary. He has also maintained the Certified Fraud Examiner designation since 2004.
