Cathy Rahlfs
Vice President & Chief Information Officer   

Cathy Rahlfs was appointed Vice President & Chief lnformation Officer in August 2007 with responsibility for all facets of information technology and corporate infrastructure, including company-wide IT strategic and tactical planning and implementation.  She oversees data center operations, network support services, application development, database administration, building services, telecommunications services, janitorial services, desktop computers, and desktop support.  

Rahlfs' career spans more than 30 years with information systems experience in the steel industry as well as product and business management experience in the telecommunications industry.  Her expertise ranges from business information systems development and management, management of software telecommunications products, projects and contracts, business development and marketing of network software systems and business management of data network projects.

Rahlfs' tenure at Lucent Technologies included an expatriate assignment in Europe as business development director for network support software products for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.  Ms. Rahlfs has worked at Solix since 2002. She holds a B.S. in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Mathematics from the University of Illinois.
