Lucy Smith
Vice President - Human Resources 

Lucy Smith was appointed Vice President, Human Resources in September, 2005.  She is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions.

Smith has 20+ years of progressive human resources experience and has most recently served as the Manager, Staffing and Relocation for NECA.  In that role, her responsibilities included administering the recruitment and staffing processes for both permanent and temporary staff, relocation, and development of the College Intern Program.  In addition, she monitored and maintained human resources policies.

Smith holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources and a Master of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Organizational Change both from the College of St. Elizabeth in Madison, NJ.
