Jack Miller
Senior Vice President - Government Relations & Chief Operating Officer

Jack Miller, Senior Vice President of Government Relations & Chief Operating Officer, oversees the entire Solix Operations lines of business. In addition, he has responsibility for business development activities in the federal and state grant and funds administration markets.  He also develops and executes resale strategies to bring billing systems, network services and operations support systems to the independent telecom market.

Miller has 25+ years of marketing and sales experience, including 15 years with New England Telephone, NYNEX and Bell Atlantic (all now part of Verizon).  Prior to joining Solix in 2001, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Microfinancial, a leasing company.  Before that he was Vice President of Yellow Page Sales and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Bell Atlantic; and Vice President of Marketing for Long Distance Services at NYNEX.

Miller received a Bachelors degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Northeastern University.  He’s a member of Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society.
