Senior Vice President Neil Fant manages the entire Solix Operations lines of business.  He’s been with Solix since 1998.  After joining the company as a consultant, he was appointed Director of Program Integrity Assurance Operations.

Fant has 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including 32 years with AT&T and the various companies that comprised the Bell System.  While at AT&T he was Division Manager of a large geographically dispersed organization of more than 400 system professionals. Prior to coming to Solix, he worked for Spectrum Technology Group, providing management consulting services.

Fant holds an A.S. from University of Cincinnati and an Accounting Degree from Miller-Draughton College.  He’s also received Executive Training at UCLA Graduate School of Management, University of Virginia Darden Graduate School, and University of Maryland.
