As an organization focused on assisting government in delivering its promise, Solix has a special obligation to its communities. Involvement in community volunteerism and outreach is at the heart of the Solix business.
We established an organized approach to promote employee philanthropic involvement. This program supports our socially conscious employees by promoting the individual’s efforts to the larger Solix workforce. We have one golden rule: All community fund raisers and outreach projects are employee initiated and whole-heartedly supported by management.
Solix believes the way to truly connect with our communities is through our employees. It’s about linking employees and charitable organizations together; we want our employees to know they don’t have to go it alone when supporting their favorite charities.
